Anne Maclane Rogers, age 77, passed away on February 19. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose warmth and sense of humor left a lasting mark on all who knew her.

She is survived by her son, Andrew Grabus; his wife, Sheri; her grandchildren, Naomi, Courtney, and Drew; and her sister, Peggy Freeman. She will also be lovingly remembered by many extended family members and friends.

Born with a love for the water, Anne dedicated much of her career to serving others. She was in charge of boating safety education for the Maryland Department of Natural Resources and worked for the American Red Cross.

Anne moved from Annapolis, Maryland to Key West in 2020, where she spent her days surrounded by her family and the ocean she loved. She will be remembered for her kindness, her love of animals, and the caring she showed for her family and friends.

A private memorial will be held at a later date.
