Bill Daniel 90, of Key West, FL passed away on July 31, 2023 at is residents in Key West. He was born on September 27, 1932 at Key Largo, FL to the late Luther and Florence Cooper Daniel. His father, Luther Paul Daniel was a Florida Highway Patrolman killed while on duty. Bill was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a longtime member of the Key West Police Department reserves. For many years Bill owned and operated Bill's Muffler Shop on Simonton Street. He is survived by his beloved daughter Debbie Lerner of Hendersonville, NC. Bill was preceded in death by his parents; wife Carrie Head Daniel; three sons Paul, Doug, and Mike Daniel. Funeral services will be held at a later date. The Dean-Lopez Funeral Home is entrusted with all funeral arrangements.
