Daniel J Burry, 55, passed away unexpectedly in the early morning of January 28, 2026. Dan was born on October 5, 1970 and was adopted by loving and caring parents, Paul and Dotti Burry. Dan attended West Chester Christian School and later Penn Crest High School. He was a talented athlete, playing soccer, basketball, baseball, and later, pickleball.
Dan was a beloved son, brother, father, and Uncle, as well as a caring friend to many from Media/Delco and West Grove PA to the Venture Out community in Cudjoe Key, FL. Dan was a passionate Eagles fan even when he moved to the Keys, which showed in his decorated golf cart and naming his dog, "Philly!"
Dan will be remembered for his kind heart and hard working attitude to fix almost anything for anyone, no matter what he was personally going through.
Dan is predeceased by his father, Paul Burry, brother in law, Todd Radle, and sister-in-law Kimberly Choate Burry Krause. He is survived by his children, Bryce and Kassidy, his mother, Dotti Burry, his siblings, Vicki Bosler (Dave), David Burry, and Wendy Radle, along with many nieces and nephews and countless friends.
After beating cancer and surviving a major heart attack, many of us thought Dan was invincible. This loss has left an unmeasurable shocking void in our hearts and lives, but we are looking forward to seeing him again one day in heaven.
Celebration of Dan's Life will be held on Wednesday, February 4th, starting at 1pm in Venture Out on Cudjoe Key, FL.
