Elliott William
Goldner
April 21, 1949 – January 23, 2025
Elliott William Goldner (Bill) age 75 of Key West, FL passed away peacefully on January 23rd, 2025. Bill was born in New York City and relocated with family to Miami at the age of 19. He fell in love with Key West shortly after graduating from dental school and made it his home for nearly 50 years. He was an accomplished and talented dentist, founding first Island Dental Associates and later Paradise Dental Care. He was a lifelong musician, seen by many performing on saxophone with Paradise Big Band, and was always grateful to have been welcomed to sit-in by the island's amazing and talented local musicians. He was a patron of the arts, a mentor to many, and a community benefactor. He was a lifelong and loyal friend to a lucky few, and a kind acquaintance to all who knew him.
Bill is survived by his devoted wife Beverly, loving children Eliot (Melissa) and Josey (Tyler), and adoring grandchildren Grace, Jackson, Harper, and Hazel. He was preceded in death by his parents David and Gertrude, and his older sister Carole.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the Community Foundation of The Florida Keys (https://cffk.org) or Congregation B'nai Zion (https://bnaizionkw.com). Bill's loss is felt by many, but his legacy of gratitude and kindness will continue to be felt throughout the community.
