Estene Mozelle (Looper)Shirley peacefully passed away on June 13, 2025.She was surrounded by family and the angels of Oasis Nursing Facility, Key West. She was 101 and10months, Born August 21, 1923 in Beaton, Arkansas. Her husband of 50+years, Cloyd C.Shirley preceded her in death as did her oldest daughter, Glynda Shafer. She is survived by her daughter, Beth, and grandchildren Blake, Emmy, Sara, Mary and Emily. She was Greatly loved by 7 great grandchildren. She was also loved by 3 step grandchildren,and 4 step great grandchildren in the Woodlands, Texas. Also sad at her passing is Chuck Haltom, her favorite nephew. Estene was very devoted to her Christianity and proud of the fact that she was a "Rosy the Riveter" in California during the war. Hoping her reunion in heaven is everything that she had such great faith in.
