Gary Thomas Robinson

Gary Thomas Robinson died unexpectedly in Marathon, Florida Keys on October 2, 2022 at the age of 73.

Gary is survived by his mother, Esther Robinson; wife Marjorie Robinson; son Eric (Rachel) Robinson; brothers, Greg (Laura) Robinson and Doug (Julie) Robinson; sisters Vicki Garlow and Sherrie Robinson-McNeel; step-children, Eddie Beste, Randy Beste, Raena (Mark) Kalfayan; grandchildren Eddy Beste, Luke Beste, Taylor Kalfyan, Kendra Kalfayan. He is preceded in death by his father, Jesse Robinson.

Gary was born on October 7, 1948 in Dearborn, Michigan to Jesse and Esther Robinson. He graduated from Utica High School in 1966. Served in Vietnam as part of the Army Green Beret Special Forces. Owned and operated his own landscaping business for many years. Married Marjorie in 2006. Retired in 2017 and moved to Marathon, Florida Keys. He loved fishing in the Keys, hunting in Michigan, playing cards, horseshoes, golf and happy hours with Busch Light.

A memorial service will be scheduled in Michigan in October and another in Marathon in February 2023. More details will be shared. All will be welcome to attend and celebrate Gary's Life.
